The location was outstanding, just a short walk from the beach, providing stunning sea views. The staff were incredibly friendly, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere throughout the stay. WiFi connectivity was frustratingly weak, and the steep stairs made maneuvering luggage cumbersome. Despite these issues, breakfast was a highlight, with delicious options like Danish pastries enhancing the overall experience.

the staff were so lovely and really friendly, they made us feel welcome right away. breakfast was brill, full english cooked fresh n delicious. our room was spacious with a sea view, and the bed was super comfy. location was great, just a short walk to the prom n shops. overall, we had a lovely time and can’t wait to see how the upgrades turn out next time.
the wifi was pretty weak in our room and the door was a bit tricky to open sometimes. also, stairs were super steep and tough with luggage.

What a cozy little spot! The restaurant's got massive windows flaunting sea views and the grub is top-notch—definite culinary highlights! Plus, the vibe feels more like a friendly pub than a clinical hotel. Kathleen and Anthony really know how to make you feel at home.
The room was a bit of a letdown—cramped and tired-looking. The plumbing sounded like a foghorn, and let's just say the breakfast was hard to stomach. A few tweaks could turn this place around!

Just a nice choice for a city escape in Bognor Regis with definitely value for money. Food in the restaurant was very nice and reasonably priced. Consider visiting during the week for better dining options.

Cozy spot with friendly vibes
Had a fun stay for 5 nights! The staff were super nice and made us feel at home. The food was tasty, especially at the bar, but heads up, breakfast options were kinda limited. It’s a bit tricky parking nearby, and if you’re not up for stairs, it might be tough. good experience!

The beach-side rooms offer stunning, unobstructed views straight across the road. The food served in the dining areas boasts a welcoming atmosphere, making meals a pleasant social experience.
Some rooms lack seaviews and have limited wardrobe space, making unpacking a hassle. Water temperature in the shower only reaches tepid at best, which can be frustrating. Decor shows signs of wear, and cleanliness isn't as crisp as it could be, with dust build-up in hard-to-reach corners. Unfortunately, breakfast choices are basic and may leave something to be desired, especially if you're hoping for a wider selection.
